Chart 1 shows the historical performance and forecast for Béxar County’s estimated population (E-POP) and total number of registered voters (TRV).  The shaded area notes the forecast for 2024.

The bottom half of the chart shows the meandering nature of TRV as a percentage of the total population.  TRV moves based on the relative growth in each of the indicators. Currently, TRV is at an upper limit, e.g., percentage of total population.
